The form allows you to provide your name, company or farm, email, optional phone number, district or island, intended application and message. We only ask for information relevant to understanding and responding to your enquiry. Do not include sensitive data or unnecessary information about third parties.
When you submit your enquiry, your details are transmitted to the website server and sent by email to ADN Smart Farming. Hosting is provided by PTISP. The form does not create a contact database on the website. Emails received and hosting technical logs are subject to the applicable retention conditions. To limit abuse, a temporary counter is stored against an identifier derived from the IP address, without storing message content in that counter; records expire after one hour and are cleared on the next request.
Enquiries are processed to answer questions, prepare quotes and manage the relationship with the person concerned. Where an individual makes an enquiry with a view to entering into a contract, the legal basis is taking steps at their request prior to entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For contacts representing organisations, a legitimate interest in managing professional relationships may apply, subject to balancing and the right to object. Compliance with legal obligations relies on point (c). Requesting a quote does not subscribe you to marketing. This website does not use automated decision-making or behavioural advertising.
Email and IT support providers may process data necessary to deliver the contracted service, subject to applicable obligations. Data may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data. Hosting is provided by PTISP. The server may log technical access requests for the operation and security of the service.
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up the enquiry, comply with legal obligations and defend legal rights. Contractual and tax documents are subject to applicable statutory retention periods. The application does not store form fields in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. Operational retention periods for email and hosting logs will be aligned with the services actually used during implementation.
Access to information should be limited to those who need it for the stated purposes. If a provider involves a transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, an adequacy decision or the safeguards provided for in Chapter V GDPR must apply. You may request information about recipients and applicable safeguards through the privacy contact.
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Information strictly necessary to confirm your identity may be requested. A response is provided within one month, subject to extensions permitted by the GDPR and duly notified to you. This policy covers the website and contact enquiries. Projects involving image capture, drone operations or other data processing may require specific information. External services opened through links have their own policies. This information will be updated when operations or providers change.
