Scope

This website presents agricultural technology equipment and services, consultancy, configuration, implementation, training and support. It is an information catalogue: purchases, payments and automatic contract formation are not available. Requesting a quote does not confirm an order.

Quotes and contracts

Before a contract is concluded, the applicable quote or contract sets out the equipment, configuration, price and taxes, validity, availability, payment, delivery, services, warranties and support terms. Specific terms comply with applicable legal rights, including mandatory consumer rights.

Technical information and operation

The specifications summarise manufacturer documentation. Capacities and performance depend on the configuration and conditions stated in the sources. Photographs may show accessories that are not included in the base configuration. Compatibility and availability are confirmed in the quote. Whether an operation is feasible depends on the location, working conditions, manuals and applicable legal requirements.

Training and support

The scope of training, implementation and ongoing support is defined in the quote. Equipment training does not replace any permits, qualifications or other requirements legally required for the activity.

Intellectual property

Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs and documents belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion in this catalogue does not transfer usage rights to the visitor. Reuse of the materials must comply with the owner's permissions and applicable legal exceptions. The DJI report provided retains its original content and authorship.

Use and availability

The website must be used lawfully, without compromising the security or operation of the service. We aim to keep information accurate, but errors or interruptions may occur. External links lead to services governed by their own terms. These provisions do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

For consumer disputes, you may contact the Coimbra Region Consumer Dispute Arbitration Centre ↗, where it has territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction, or the alternative dispute resolution body competent for the case. This reference does not declare voluntary membership of an arbitration centre. Access to the courts and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Applicable law and amendments

Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions and applicable jurisdiction rules. Changes to the website terms apply to future use and do not unilaterally amend existing contracts.
